Even though I have been around computers most of my life, I have always struggled with the more technical sides of computing. Mr Stevenson has always been a rock when it comes to that, always had a friendly outlook to all my problems and I have found him both affordable and extremely well informed. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and he has and will continue to be my ‘go to guy’ for (hopefully) many years to come.

Matt has done two jobs for me on my desktop computer and I have, on both occasions, found him to be very helpful, he clearly stated what he felt the problem was and how he thought it could be resolved, He was very reliable, and he kept us informed of how the job was progressing. On both occasions the jobs were done successfully and quickly and the desktop is still working well. The cost of the jobs was very reasonable and he was extremely courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend his work and the way in which he helps the customer and would not hesitate in employing him again.

“Working better than when we had first bought it”
Due to the fact that our computer had slowed to the point of stalling we asked Polaris to give it a full service. This work was carried out promptly and we were given the advice to upgrade. When it was returned it was working better than when we had first bought it. We cannot recommend Polaris more highly.

“Extremely Courteous”
I thought my desktop computer was finished. It was very slow and kept crashing, and then the starter packed up. I rang Polaris and spoke to Matt Stevenson who took it away and sorted all the problems, among them four pages of virus, whilst giving me regular updates. I found him to be reasonable, efficient and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone, except my enemies. Ha Ha Ha.
PS: My Computer whilst being old like me now behaves like a new one.

Discussion regarding whether or not to repair my 3 year old laptop or supply new. Advised with quotes on various options. Supplied new laptop with all my files and programmes migrated over. Ensured broadband and printer were working with new laptop. Explanation regarding Windows 7, update of my security programme with information on useful features. From first meeting to receiving my ready to use faster laptop was only 3 days!. Service was professiona, informative and with explanations at an appropriate level. Matt was reliable and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend Polaris or use the company again.
